Newsdependant report that Hon. Seun Odofin has condemned in its entirety, a false claim against a stalwart of APC in Ijesa North Federal Constituency, Prince Olalekan Olatunbosun Olashore fondly called Triple O.
Odofin in his reaction said at no time did he had any financial dealings with the son of the late Owaloko of Iloko-Ijesa, Oba Oladele Olashore during the last elections.
The APC House of Representatives candidate in the 2023 NASS election frowned at devilish move by some desperate agents who are bent at undermining the present unity enjoys by Ijesa North APC family. He therefore distance himself from the accusation which he believes is designed to damage the hard-earned reputation of the APC leader.
“My attention has been drawn to lies and evil spins making the rounds that a stalwart of APC in Ijesa North, Prince Olalekan Olatunbosun Olashore fondly called Triple O swindled money meant to pursue my election in the February 25, 2023 House of Representatives election
I want to categorically say that this is a pigment of imagination by the peddlers of such false news and an act to create enmity within Ijesa North APC to frustrate the present unity enjoys by the party.
Let it be on record that at no time did I have personal or political financial dealings with Prince Lekan Olatunbosun Olashore. Triple O is my good brother, a very reliable and supportive party man who at different time have used his time and resources for the progress of our party and have never been found wanting of any anti-party activities.
The general public is therefore advise to ignore the rumour which I’m convinced is a ploy to malign the good reputation of the Iloko-Ijesa Prince and the respected Olashore family name in general.”
